Los Arqueros is situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol, just north of Puerto Banus, approximately 45 minutes away from Malaga or Gibraltar Airports.
This area of Spain has many beaches to soak up the glorious sunshine found year round in this micro climate, San Pedro is less than 5 minutes by car. Lovely walks, great cycling, horse riding and every type of water sports are available. There are of course a choice of many other excellent golf courses for which the region is renowned.
Nearby Marbella, famous for its cobbled streets and selection of lovely shops and superb restaurants, can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes away, offering a lively range of international restaurants and bars and its famous harbour is home to many
One hours drive through the mountains will take you to beautiful Ronda which nestles between two mountains and has spectacular views over the gorges below.
For those wishing to travel a little further we recommend a day trip to Seville, Granada and Tangier, or Morocco via the ferry which leaves Algeciras (approx 45 mins from our apartment) daily and takes approximately 2 hours.
For the shopping experience we recommend the fabulous El Corte Inglés department store and hypermarket at Puerto Banus. There is also the Al Campo hypermarket at the La Canada shopping mall located off the N340, approximately 15 minutes from the Apartment.
All local Supermarkets offer an excellent choice of fresh foods and wine at very good prices!
